Service Description

This course introduces students to the exciting world of event planning and entertainment management, providing them with the tools to design, coordinate, and deliver successful events of all scales. Students will learn how to organize weddings, conferences, festivals, and concerts while gaining hands-on experience in stage production, logistics, and audience engagement. With a strong mix of classroom learning and real-world practice, participants will explore event logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, sound and lighting setup, safety management, and marketing strategies. The course culminates in a capstone project, where each student or team will plan and execute a live mini-event at The Nnewi Hotel & Event Centre. This program prepares graduates for roles in event management companies, hotels, entertainment outfits, cultural organizations, and self-run businesses in the growing hospitality and entertainment industry.
