Service Description
This 6-month program introduces students to the fundamentals of hospitality and customer service within the Nigerian and global context. Designed for aspiring hoteliers, event managers, and service professionals, the course combines classroom learning, hands-on practice, and live apprenticeship at The Nnewi Hotel & Event Centre. Students will gain essential knowledge of the hospitality industry, master customer care techniques, and develop the discipline, etiquette, and problem-solving skills required to excel in service-oriented careers. Deliver professional customer service in hotel, restaurant, and event settings. Perform front desk, housekeeping, and food service basics to industry standards. Demonstrate effective communication, grooming, and workplace etiquette. Resolve guest complaints and handle conflicts with professionalism. Apply teamwork and leadership in hospitality environments.
